About Plainseen
Look before you build.
Plainseen helps businesses find where AI and automation will pay for themselves, and where they will not. Every engagement starts by looking at how the work actually runs, because the most expensive mistake in this field is a good solution to the wrong problem.
What we do
We run AI opportunity audits: a structured look at one business or one function, ending in a live report that prices every leak in hours and money and ranks the fixes by what they return. Then, if you want us to, we build the fixes that are worth building and keep them running.
The full round comes from the same hands. The person who maps your operations is the person who leads the build and stays reachable after it, so nothing is lost between the diagnosis and the system that comes out of it.
How the work is delivered
George leads every audit and every build himself. Builds are carried out with an agent team, AI coding agents working against written acceptance criteria, where nothing counts as done until it has been checked, and with named specialists when a build needs them. You always know who is doing the work.
Every system runs on your own accounts, with your keys and your data, and comes with a documented handover, so it keeps working without us. Who looks after it is agreed in writing before anything ships: your own team, or us.
Where Plainseen comes from
Plainseen grew out of NocodePro, the studio where George has built software for clients and for its own products: applications for banks, clinics, marketplaces and creator platforms. The firm takes that building record into the work that comes before any build: deciding what is worth building at all.
Principles
How we work
Engineer first, AI second
We were shipping production software long before AI became a pitch. AI is one tool among several, used where it earns its place.
Rules where rules win
If a fixed rule can do the job, a rule does it. AI is used where a judgment call is needed, and a person approves anything that touches your clients.
We say what not to automate
Sometimes the map says: buy a $30-a-month tool and skip us entirely. That answer is often most of the value.
A method, not a verdict
We do not claim to understand your business before we have looked. Every recommendation shows its arithmetic and its assumptions, so you can disagree with it.
You own everything
Code, workflows, credentials and data stay on accounts you control. Leaving us is easy, by design.
Plain English
No jargon on the call, in the report or on this website. If something cannot be said plainly, it is not understood yet.

George founded Plainseen and runs every audit himself. He brings more than 30 years in business development, across product development, sales, manufacturing and management in several countries, with one exit along the way. He has been building software since 2020: more than thirty projects shipped across three continents, Europe, the US and Australia, some of them running in regulated settings.
He automates his own business first, and even his home runs on custom agents: one plans the household, down to which plum trees to order and when to plant them. When he recommends a system, he has usually run something like it himself.
Where we work
With clients in the US, the UK, Australia, Canada and across Europe, on video. Calls and reports run in English, Lithuanian or Polish. The firm is based in the EU, so personal data is handled under the GDPR by default.
Start with twenty minutes.
The first call is free and carries no obligation. We explain how the audit works and take a first look at how you operate.
