Optional. A fixed quote after the audit, agreed before any work starts.

If you build with us, the $1,500 you paid for the audit comes off the build invoice. You choose the fix to start with, and before any work starts you approve two documents:

The brief: what the fix is for, who will use it and what counts as done
The scope: exactly what gets built and what does not, so you know what the quote covers

A single workflow: from $3,000
A whole department: from $10,000

Everything is built on your own accounts, so it is yours from the first day.

After launch

What we build runs on your own accounts and keeps working without us, and it comes with a documented handover. Support adds monitoring and fixes when a connected tool changes; a larger plan adds one small change a month.

A larger company?

The audit covers one department for the same $1,500. Work across several teams is quoted after the first call.

What if the audit finds nothing worth building?

Then the map says so, and it is yours to keep. Sometimes the best fix is a tool you already pay for, or no change at all.

Do I have to build with you?

No, the build is optional. The map is yours: build with anyone, or do it yourself. If you build with us, the $1,500 you paid for the audit comes off the build invoice.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every step has one fixed price, agreed in writing before it starts, so you know the cost before you commit.
